RETURN POLICY

 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.

For Fashion Products: Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached to them. Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Rabanne will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).

To begin a return, you can reach us free of charge at +1 (855) 657-2264 or at [email protected]. Our Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday 10:00am to 06:00pm EST. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.

Once your package has been prepared, please schedule a collection with FedEx: call 1.800.463.3339. You will be refunded to your original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.

For Beauty Products: Returns must be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.

To return any item you can use the prefilled and prepaid return label that you will find inside the envelope. Then, please proceed to return the package in its original packaging: Send us the parcel from your nearest drop off point (visit https://local.fedex.com/en-us).

You will be refunded to your original form of payment within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned product(s) by our Customer Service team. All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery. Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded, and will only be returned to you at your expense.

If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, RABANNE will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).

All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
