RETURN POLICY

 

Free returns are available within 14 calendar days of receiving your product.

**Friends&Family order**: the return costs are exceptionally at your expense. We invite you to keep your deposit receipt in order to follow its delivery.

 

To return your item(s):

  1. Place the item in the original shipping box.
  2. Fill in the returns form.
  3. Select one of the reason codes against your return.
  4. Enclose the returns form with your parcel and close it.
  5. Secure the DPD prepaid return label to the parcel.

  • Or contact DPD by phone on 0121 275 0500 to organize the collect of your parcel.

As standard delivery is complimentary, we will not refund delivery costs if you choose to have the product delivered by Express delivery. All returned items must be sent with the original Rabanne packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at the time of delivery.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted. All returns must be made from the country where the order was placed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please keep proof of shipment until you have received confirmation of your refund. If your return does not comply with the above conditions, it will automatically be returned to you at Rabanne's expense.
